Meet Alex, a fitness coach with a background in athletic training. He grew up playing basketball, football, golf, and volleyball. Staying active has been a huge part of his life and is one of the biggest reasons why he has gotten into coaching.
Alex has found out through sports, that he fell in love with the process of preparing for games and competitions. That is where he started to really realize the importance of what building a strong foundation truly means.
Alex’s passion for fitness grew even more when his son was diagnosed with Lymphoma and Leukemia. That was a huge wake up call on just how important it is to take your fitness seriously and to be able to control the things that you can.
That foundation is what has made Alex a coach that helps meet you on your level. No matter where you are in your process. He teaches you easy digestible habits that will help you turn this into a lifestyle rather than just a quick fix.
He will help you move and feel better and become more functionally strong.
