USA Powerlifting Minnesota State Bench Press Championship will be held at American Strength on January 19th, 2019. 

Sanction MN-2019-07

Sessions and Flights will be determined based on the number of entries.

60 Lifter Cap - However, we are open to extending cap if need demands

Entry fee: $50 for first division. $25 for each additional division.

You will need to be a USA Powerlifting member to compete in this event.

American and state level records may be set at this meet.

Out of state lifters may register as guest lifters. Lifting as a guest lifter means that you will not qualify for awards but you may set records or achieve a qualifying total for another meet.

Awards will be as follows:

There will be Raw and Equipped options for each of these divisions except for youth, which will be Raw only. 

Youth (Ages 8-13): top three by age and weight formula

Teen/Junior (ages 14-23): Top three by age and weight formula

Open Divisions (ages 14 and up): top three by total in each weight class

Masters 1 (ages 40-49): top three by age and weight formula
Masters 2 (ages 50-59): top three by age and weight formula
Masters 3 (ages 60-69): top three by age and weight formula
Masters 4 (ages 70 and up): top three by age and weight formula

One Female and one Male Raw Best Lifter by Wilks formula.
