DETAILS:
Minnesota Ladies of Iron will be part of the unique multi-state event United Ladies of Iron. There will be 13 states running a WOMEN ONLY event on the same date.
Scoring will be done via LiftingCast. This will allow all competitors to compete against women all over the United States at the same time without being in the same place.
These combined results will be entered into our lifting database as “United Ladies of Iron (WA-2019-01)” to form, possibly, the largest women’s only powerlifting event!
Each lifter at Minnesota Ladies of Iron will also compete against the lifters at the local event.
Awards and placings will be given to those in Minnesota as well as the nation wide placings.
Minnesota Ladies of Iron will award the top 3 places in each weight class and age division. In addition, the top 3 in each weight class and age division will be awarded to the winners of United Ladies of Iron.

USAPL Membership: All lifters must be registered members of USA Powerlifting before the day of the event. You can purchase a membership HERE.
Drug Testing: You must be performance enhancing drug free for at least 36 months prior to the date of this meet to be eligible to compete. At least 10% of all lifters at the meet will be tested by urinalysis. Banned substances include but are not limited to anabolic steroids and growth hormones. The complete list of banned substances is available on the web site of the World Anti-Doping Agency (www.WADA-ama.org).
American Records: American records CANNOT be set at this event.
Raw or Equipped: This event is open to raw and equipped lifters.
Lifting Attire: All competitors must wear a one piece lifting suit or a wrestling singlet, shoes and a T-Shirt. All equipment must conform to USA Powerlifting rules. See www.USAPowerlifting.com for details.
Nationals Qualifying: This meet is a qualifying event for all 2019 USAPL national championship events. See HERE for more info about qualifying.
