As a mentor and intern under Ken, the visionary owner of American Strength Training Center in Maplewood, MN, Angela refined her coaching skills. This mentorship not only expanded her knowledge of individual mechanics, mobility, technique, reducing the risk of injury, and effective coaching but also deepened her commitment to excellence.

Focused on effective coaching, proper technique, enhanced mobility, and nutrition, Angela guides clients to learn and progress holistically. Her dedication to understanding unique movement patterns ensures that every training session is an opportunity for improvement.

Angela's achievements include competing 10 times as a bikini competitor, earning national qualifications, and winning 3 posing and presentation awards. Expanding her expertise as a Bodybuilding Competition Prep Coach, she offers a unique approach to bodybuilding prep that includes nutrition coaching, in-person strength training technique and programming, as well as posing coaching for those competing as Bikini or Wellness competitors. Angela provides specialized, all-in coaching for those looking to compete on the bodybuilding stage.
