Do I have to compete in USAPL?
No! While Ken Graack is a USAPL Senior National Coach, we coach lifters from all federations.

Can I do meet prep remotely?
Yes! We offer remote coaching for athletes who cannot train in person at American Strength.

What if I don’t have a meet planned yet?
No problem! Our off-season coaching will help you build a solid strength foundation so you're ready when the time comes.
