Session 1:
6:30 A.M -8:30 A.M – Lifter Registration and Equipment check
7:00 A.M-8:30 A.M – Session 1 Weigh-ins
8:00 A.M – Doors open for General Admission
8:15 A.M – Session 1 Rules meeting
9:00 A.M – Session 1 Lifting begins
Session 2: (Schedule subject to change based on final number of lifters)
11:30 A.M – 1:30 P.M. – Lifter Registration and Equipment check
12:00 P.M. – 1:30 P.M. – Session 2 Weigh-ins
1:15 P.M. – Session 2 Rules meeting
2:00 P.M. – Session 2 Lifting Begins
Awards will be given at the end of each session. Best Lifter awards will be given at the completion of the event.
