USA Powerlifting Monsters Bash 2024

Join us for the USA Powerlifting Monsters Bash 2024 at American Strength Training Center! This two-day event will feature top-level competition with raw and equipped lifters in the open division. Whether you're competing or spectating, this is a can’t-miss event!

Event Details:

• Dates: October 26th & 27th, 2024

• Registration Fee: $120 (includes meet shirt)

• Divisions: Open Division full power only, raw and equipped

• Location: American Strength Training Center, 1636 Gervais Ave, Maplewood, MN

• Registration Status: Closed (100 lifter cap)

• Refunds: No refunds for any reason

Divisions & Awards:

• Open Division Only: For athletes 14 years and older.

• Awards:

  • Top 3 places by total for each weight class (Men & Women).

  • Best Lifter: Calculated by DOTS formula for Raw Division. Equipped lifters must have 5 or more competitors in the division to qualify for an Equipped Best Lifter award.

• Flights: Final flight information will be released 7–10 days before the event, based on registration numbers, divisions, and weight classes.

• USAPL Membership: All lifters must be registered members of USA Powerlifting before the event. Purchase a membership here.

• Drug Testing: Lifters must be drug-free for at least 36 months prior to the event. At least 10% of competitors will be tested via urinalysis. For the complete list of banned substances, visit the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA).

• American Records: American records cannot be set at this event.

• Raw or Equipped: This event is open to both raw and equipped lifters.

• Lifting Attire: All lifters must wear a one-piece lifting suit or singlet, along with shoes and a T-shirt. Equipment must conform to USA Powerlifting rules. Visit the USAPL website for more details.
