American Strength at the 2025 USAPL Minnesota State Championships
This past weekend, the 2025 USA Powerlifting Minnesota Junior, Open, and Master State Championships, hosted by MG Powerlifting, took place at Champlin Park High School. Athletes from all across the state came together to showcase their strength, discipline, and competitive spirit—and American Strength was proud to have three outstanding lifters represent our gym on the platform.
Under the guidance of Coach Ken, Jaxon Most, Noah Richard, and Matt Hogan coached by Airion Britt brought their hard work and dedication to life, turning in strong performances and embodying what it means to be part of the American Strength community. Here’s a recap of their results:
Jaxon Most
Division: Men’s Raw Junior 100kg Class
Squat: 150kg / 330 lbs
Bench Press: 105kg / 231 lbs
Deadlift: 182.5kg / 402 lbs
Total: 437.5kg
Placement: 2nd Place
Performance: 9/9
Jaxon went 9 for 9 on his lifts, demonstrating consistent execution and composure throughout the meet. His effort earned him a well-deserved second-place finish in a highly competitive class.
Noah Richard
Division: Men’s Raw Junior
Squat: 240kg / 529 lbs
Bench Press: 120kg / 264 lbs
Deadlift: 272.5kg / 600 lbs
Total: 632.5kg
Placement: 1st Place
Performance: 7/9
Noah claimed the top spot in the Men’s Raw Junior division with a phenomenal 632.5kg total. Highlights included a huge 600-pound deadlift that solidified his position as the class winner.
Matt Hogan
Division: Men’s Master 1 100kg Class
Squat: 227.5kg / 501 lbs
Bench Press: 110kg / 242 lbs
Deadlift: 237.5kg / 523 lbs
Total: 575kg
Performance: 6/9
Matt who is coached by Airion Britt represented the Master lifters of American Strength, putting up a solid 575kg total. His standout performance on the squat and deadlift showed his grit and dedication to the sport.
